QUALORA is a Singapore-based curated multi-brand online retailer operated by Lowmax Pte Ltd.

Products offered through QUALORA may be supplied or fulfilled by different supplier partners. As a result, products within the same order may be shipped separately and may have different delivery arrangements.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where there is an error in product information, pricing, availability, payment, delivery information or suspected fraudulent activity.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to provide clear and accurate information about the products offered through QUALORA.

Product descriptions, specifications, images and other information may include information supplied by manufacturers, distributors or other supplier partners.

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information accurate and current, but manufacturers and suppliers may update product specifications, packaging, availability or other details.

Colours and appearance may also vary depending on the device or display used to view the store.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices displayed on QUALORA are shown in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors and, where necessary, cancel an affected order and provide an appropriate refund for any amount already paid.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to discuss the available options, which may include cancellation and a refund for the affected product.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

QUALORA currently serves customers in Singapore.

Products may be fulfilled directly by different supplier partners. Orders containing products from different suppliers may therefore arrive in separate shipments.

Available shipping methods, charges and delivery information are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Delivery timing may vary depending on the product, supplier, availability and delivery arrangements.

Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Returns, refunds, damaged products, defective products and incorrect items are handled in accordance with our published Refund / Return Policy and any applicable rights under Singapore law.

Please contact QUALORA before returning a product. Do not send a product directly to a supplier unless we provide instructions to do so.

QUALORA sells products from multiple brands and suppliers.
